The National Office recommends submitting this form at least 10 business days before the items are needed for initiation or graduation.

Our store allows for the option to pay for the merchandise order online using a credit or debit card. Or, the local chapter may elect to pay by mailing a physical check to the National Office. If the local chapter elects to pay by check, the National Office will still mail out the merchandise upon checkout, instead of waiting to receive the physical payment.


Orders must be placed via our website. Order requests that are received via mail without an online order will not be accepted. 

The National Office covers shipping costs for for orders over $50 and thus recommends local chapters collect the merchandise orders from the individual chapter members, and then submit one order form for the total amount of cords/stoles/etc. needed and remit payment to the National Office with one lump sum check or one online payment.
